Artists invited to apply for 2027 Maple Ridge–Pitt Meadows Art Studio Tour
The 27th annual tour is scheduled for May 8 and 9, 2027. Applications are free and must be submitted by Nov. 15; selected artists will be notified by Dec. 1.

Artists working in painting, sculpture, glass, wood, fibre, clay, metal, mixed media, photography, jewellery or other distinctive forms are invited to submit work for consideration in the 2027 Maple Ridge–Pitt Meadows Art Studio Tour. A board of directors will select artists based on their ability to host the public in an individual or shared studio, the quality and uniqueness of their work, willingness to volunteer and social media presence.
Applicants must provide a biography of no more than 150 words and six images of their artwork and themselves. There is no application fee. Successful applicants will be notified by Dec. 1. Those selected must pay within five days of selection: $125 for individuals or $200 for established local community groups.
The tour takes place each Mother’s Day long weekend in May. Artists open their studios to the public, hold demonstrations or display their work. The event offers a chance to meet other art lovers and collectors, share a creative space and connect with fellow artists. The public can print a map for a self-guided tour of more than 80 local artists’ studios.
The 27th annual tour will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 8, and Sunday, May 9, 2027. The submission deadline is Sunday, Nov. 15. More information is available at artstudiotour.ca.
