Maple Ridge council to consider rezoning for future three-lot subdivision
Maple Ridge council will consider a rezoning at 21321 122 Avenue that would permit a future three-lot subdivision. Provincial law prevents a public hearing on the bylaw.

Maple Ridge council is scheduled to consider a proposed rezoning at 21321 122 Avenue that would allow a future three-lot subdivision.
The proposal, File 2024-036-RZ and Maple Ridge Zone Amending Bylaw No. 8120-2026, would change the property’s zoning from RS-1 Single Detached Residential to RUR Urban Infill Residential.
The bylaw is to go before the Committee of the Whole at 11 a.m. July 14, 2026, and council is set to consider first and additional readings at 7 p.m. July 21 in council chambers at Maple Ridge City Hall, 11995 Haney Place.
A public hearing is prohibited for the proposal under section 464(3) of the Local Government Act, so verbal public comments and delegations will not be permitted at the meeting. Documents can be reviewed at the Planning and Building Counter from July 10 to 21, weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., excluding statutory holidays.
