Lakeside sauna sessions planned at UBC research forest in Maple Ridge
The public is invited to two-hour sauna sessions at Loon Lake on Sunday, Aug. 23, with limited spaces available at $40 per session.
The UBC Malcolm Knapp Research Forest in Maple Ridge will host public Sauna Sessions at the Hot Spot on Sunday, Aug. 23.
The lakeside sauna is at Loon Lake Lodge, 14500 Silver Valley Rd. Sessions run from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. and cost $40 for two hours. Participants may choose to take a cold plunge in Loon Lake, and coffee and tea will be provided.
