A classic car show will be held at Haney Place Mall in Maple Ridge on Sunday, Sept. 13, as a fundraiser for Kids Breakfast Club, which aims to help keep children from going hungry.
The free event runs from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and is expected to display about 100 classic, modern and custom vehicles.
Vendor booths, door prizes, raffle draws and games for children are also planned. Organizers will accept donations for Kids Breakfast Club.
Organizer Lyne Marie Couture said many children go to school on empty stomachs and invited people to attend in support of feeding young children.
